Elia from Theodore Rooms was incredibly helpful and kind! He offered to pick us up with his car from our bus stop, as we weren't able to reach the nearest bus stop. He gave us lots of recommendations of the nearby beaches and attractions to visit and was very quick to respond to any questions on the phone. The location was perfect and the room was super nice and clean - everything looked new and in perfect condition. Breakfast was also great, with friendly staff! We would definitely book it again if we had the chance!

The terrace is equipped with many options to sit and the view is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was served on an upper level terrace, with a similar spectacular view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We could park our car inside the property in a spot that was shaded from direct sunlight.

The room was completely renovated, bright and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities — a large shower, comfortable bed, big TV, small desk, coffee machine, and mini fridge. We especially loved the terrace with its relaxing view over nature. The property is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, with easy parking right in front of the apartment in a small private lane. It’s very convenient to reach the center of San Teodoro, especially if you’re traveling by car or motorbike. Communication with Davide was easy and pleasant — he gave us great tips on where to eat and what to do in the area. Highly recommended!

Christina , the host was amazing. She helped us with every single dinner reservation and gave us ideas of what to do during the day. She was even giving us tips on how to avoid a very high windy day by traveling to a local town. The accommodations were perfect, the rooms were very clean and the pool was refreshing.

Great renewed house with all and more facilities, like two bathrooms, outside shower. A fully equiped kitchen, there's also a barbecue on the terace. Everything is brand new and we've really enjoyed every moment of our vacation in this accomodation. The location is also perfect, close to all that San Teodoro can offer at the same time not being in the crowded center.

After went last year for only 2 nights , we decided to go this year as our honeymoon holidays so we stayed for 7 nights . Absolutely wonderful and most of all the staff always go the extra mile to help us or advise or suggest things to do, Roberta from reception is a wonderful lady which we met last year and this year was lovely to see her again. We certainly will go for a week next year and the years to come as it’s on our top destinations.

The house is beautiful and it has a large yard. There is green all around and the garden is tastefully arranged. There are two parking slots. As the appartement is near the city centre and close to a big market, shops, restaurants there were no need to move the car along. We were in 6 and the bedrooms served as well. The owner was at disposal anytime and solved all the questions and problems we had during the stay: thank you Patrick, we enjoyed our stay and will keep a great memory of this vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Wonderland and felt very welcomed! Katia & Marco were very accommodating and prepared a tasty breakfast for us every morning :) The accommodation was close to the city and also the beautiful beaches

I can only recommend this place from my deep heart. Maria and Francesco are amazing and they made our holiday unforgettable! We collected amazing memories thanks to them. The location of the hotel is very central and rooms are super clean and well equipped with coffee machine and a small fridge. Every room has their own balcony in front of the it where you can chill. We are so happy to meet these great people and to stay here. Definitely recommend :)

We had the most wonderful stay here. We had our room upgrade on arrival (no idea why) and had the most beautiful suite. The bed was so comfortable! The pool area is great with wonderful mountain views. The staff were all lovely and the food was good. San Teodoro is a great place to choose as a base to see the area. The town is lively with plenty of bars and restaurants and there are so many beautiful beaches within a couple of miles. We are so pleased we chose Hotel San Teodoro for our holiday. I would definitely recommend it.
