Really clean and tidy and modern, lots of space in the room with a nice TV too, and the staff were really friendly and helpful too. Its also really nice that breakfast was included, very thoughtful! They had lots of facilites to use too

The owner doesn't live onsite but arrived later to check that everything was okay. He was really kind, gave me an extra blanket, showed me how to use the heating in the dorm room and gave the kitchen a tidy and clean. It's a basic place but functional, a good budget overnight stop. Walking distance from Oyama station if you're light on luggage. There's a convenience store about ten minutes walk away but no other food options that I could see.
