The hotel is a quiet and relaxing one. The elevator is absolutely quiet with no annoying sound. I lived in a Japanese style single room, amenities are all there, very spacious and comfortable. Tatami and Futon are very clean, bed sheets and blanket sheets on Futon are soft. Onsen is nice and hot😁 The location of the hotel is 100/100 for me. About 10 minutes walk from Tomakomai eki. I am visiting Utonai Lake and departing to Shin Chitose Airport during my stay. There is a bus stop (No. 30) going to these two places in just around the corner, 2 minutes walk from hotel ! Absolutely Perfect 😁 Will absolutely stay again if visiting Tomakomai ❤️

Good location in town. Staff (very nice) made parking hassle-free for us. Cheap and easy laundry service. Breakfast was limited on western options but good selection of Asian food. Overall, good value for money. While there isn’t that much to see in the town it has some good dining options and it’s a handy base for visiting the Shikotsu-Toya region.

This is a small hostel with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere, it is very clean and the host very kindly let me put my bike in the entrance area. We were able to use the kitchen area to cook and eat. I had a single room which was quiet and had aircon/heating. There is a laundry, shops and bars/restaurants very close by.

I love how the pristine the hotel was from the lobby to the rooms. I even got a peak of the view from the buffet floor. The view from the room was amazing! The beds were so comfy I fell straight to sleep as soon as I lay down. My favourite was the bath. The bath was very tidy and well-maintained.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The onsen facilities were fantastic—clean and relaxing. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The only downside was that the room was a bit small. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Clean and big rooms with lots of space and friendly staff. Yamada and Suda went above and beyond to help us with our stay. So glad we booked there. Thank you. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The fresh seasonal juices were delicious.

Room was as expected as other Dormy Inns - clean but small. Good breakfast spread. Was pleased that they let us checkin early which is not the norm for most hotels in Japan. Good for a night’s stay before catching a flight from Chitose.
