Everything was perfect and the lady was soo nice!! We arrived at 3 am with the sleeper bus and she let us in and gave us pillows so that we could sleep. The room was clean and had everything you need. Shared bathrooms were no problem cause they were super clean. She lets you put your backpack in a locker (for the thakhek loop) for free. When you get back from the loop you can shower for free and wait in the lobby for your bus. She helps you with everything and can organize for example taxis for you. She takes no charge for that either and you only pay the driver. I would 100% recommend staying here!
