We spent our first day/night in Sri Lanka here, and we liked it very much, we might have wanted to stay longer. We got an upgrade to a very beautiful room with a big bathroom including a small private pool which was perfect to cool down after the long journey. The bed was also great, very big and comfortable, it was perfectly silent at night and we slept very well! The food was delicious! In addition, the staff was very helpful with my Gluten-intolerance and I did not have any problems! In addition, they helped us out when our driver did neither show up nor pick up the phone for more than an hour, and thanks to the very helpful staff we found a new one. Thank you for everything :)

We spent the most AMAZING time here!! Our stay was luxurious and comfortable! Everything was as described! The owner is responsive, if we needed anything he is easy to contact, checked on whether everything is alright and sent a person to help finding our accommodation. It's sad that we only were able to stay one night here because this apartment was very affordable & felt like home, for the price you get more than what you seek. In this apartment we got two air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms, the bedrooms were very clean and very comfortable with fresh sheets,pillows and towels, the bathrooms were spotless, had hot water, soap and toilet paper, there's a cupboard and a balcony in one room and both had dressing tables with cloth racks. One air conditioned living room with a terrace and a dining table. A kitchen with all the amenities (Everything is avaliable as per the description including garbage disposal bags etc.), access to the swimming pool (the swimming pool was AMAZING), the apartment is very easy to access. We will definitely go back here for an extended stay. Because this is the ideal place if you are looking for a comfortable stay near kahathuduwa area. You have security, privacy, luxury, comfort, peace etc.. Truly exceptional.

Amazing place!! The perfect spot to relax . The room was new really comfortable and beautifully done the staff were helpful and kind. They have fresh seafood it all really yummy 😋. The best accommodation of my trip so far and was sad i couldn't stay longer!!

My family and I, a group of seven from Canada, recently had the pleasure of staying at Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. The houseboat we stayed on offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were not only spacious but also beautifully designed, making our stay incredibly relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was a culinary delight, with dishes that catered perfectly to our taste buds. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and flavor of the food consistently impressed us. During our stay, we enjoyed two cruises each day through the picturesque Bolgoda waterways. The early morning cruise was particularly breathtaking as we were greeted by the serene beauty of nature waking up. We spotted numerous birds and even got a glimpse of the stunning sunrise. The sunset cruise, on the other hand, provided a different yet equally mesmerizing experience as we sailed through the calm waters with the sky painted in shades of orange and pink. The entire experience was beyond our expectations, and if given the chance, we would gladly stay here 100 times over. Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda is a gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable stay

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.
