The room was neat and bathroom clean enough. The caretaker Pereira was extremely helpful. There is no breakfast or food service, plates and cutlery are available. The family room was spacious, a double bed in 1 room and a single bed in the other smaller portion. Quiet and good for sleep.

The room size was fine, but it didn’t have a pleasant smell. There was no kettle, no proper TV channels, and no telephone. Although the staff were very friendly, no one offered me Wi-Fi. The washroom wasn’t clean, and there were no towels. If these facilities were provided, the stay would have been much better.

1. Staffs were extremely nice and polite. Ready to serve at all times. 2. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and comfortable. 3. Location of the hotel was the prime spot as it was just 2min walk from the City Center, with multiple restaurant, night market and shopping area nearby. 4.
