The property is absolutely gorgeous. When you enter from the main door you find yourself in front of a big clean pool, surrounded by a curated big garden with palm trees and beach view. You are literally on the beach where nobody walks by, but some local fishermen. The bedrooms are very big, with each it’s own big bathroom. Also, for the whole stay we had a great local butler who stayed at the villa and was always ready to help. He made us breakfast every day. He drove us to do groceries and cooked lunch for us. He booked us restaurants and arranged taxis when we asked for it. Including two masseuses who came to the villa to massage us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and we wished we stayed longer 🙏

We enjoyed our stay at Kingfish villa in the month of March 2025. It was a very pleasant time. An optimal location to relax and experience the beautiful beach of Ranna at a distance of ca. 300 m. The owner Raveen is also an amazing person. He is very helpful and knows around Ranna, southern locations of SL and even other locations at wish. Also, there is the possibility to have him as a tour guide. He owns a restaurant as well where the food is exquisite. One can choose a variety of local foods and drinks too. Overall, remarkably good experience.

The hotel was perfect for us to relax after active week of travelling. You can see the ocean just from bed. The rooms are really clean, stylish and spacious. There is a good variety of teas in a room. The staff are super friendly and smiling. They offer free yoga sessions and massage service which was great. The breakfast was good. The best part was that it is not a crowded and touristy place, so it is perfect to relax.

We stayed at Good Karma and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent throughout our stay, and the room was beautiful — big, spacious, and absolutely spotless. The pool area was great, and having direct beach access made it even better. It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I would highly recommend Good Karma to anyone staying in the Rakawa area. A truly lovely place to unwind and enjoy your trip!

Best and first choice in Rekawa!Amazing new property, spacious rooms, bathroom, cozy terrace with super comfortable furniture. Great pool with a bar, good restaurant. Very nice host and overall the team, big thank you to everyone for our stay. Not many F&B options in the area, swimming in the ocean is not an option. But what you can a get is a beauty of nature, tranquility and full relax.

It is a laidback property with two wooden bungalows next to each other, both facing the woods. There is a small veranda to chill and one can use host's kitchen. The host was very friendly and prepared two wonderful and very delicious breakfasts for us. These were some of the best we had our entire stay in Sri Lanka and some of the foods we had never tried before, but were positively surprised by. It was very calm at Waves Cabana and it is a lovely place to relax.
