Our stay was excellent. The staff were eager and happy to accomodate all our requests. Kirula in particular really helped us with his service. The location was perfect - right at the doorstep of the national park. Would love to go back here.

Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the restaurant. The pool water also seemed to be properly filtered, and none of us—including the children—had any stomach issues. The Ayurvedic spa massage was also excellent. We had a wonderful experience with both the beach walk and the safari tour. We were lucky enough to see elephants, though the leopard didn’t make an appearance. Even so, we truly appreciated how the ranger kept searching deep into the park until the very end. The dishes prepared by the head chef, who kindly came to greet us at our table on the first night, were absolutely delicious! For breakfast, I had GM Sri Lanka every single day. It’s a hotel I would definitely love to visit again. Thank you so much! The clean-up activity in the national park was also a really enjoyable experience.

Had a great tima At Udara’S place! We had a lovely welcome,and Udara gave us a lot information about his garden. Room was big and clean. Udara’s mum prepared us a dinner-so far the best one we Had in Sri Lanka.

We loved our stay at the lodge. The people working there are so nice and sleeping in a tent was a great way to set the tone for our safari to Yala the next day! We had a rice & curry prepared by the lodge for dinner and it was delicious! One of the best rice & curry we had during our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka!

Just the best hotel in Yala for sure. The pool is incredible in front of the rice fields. You can also have a romantic dinner near the fire each night. Good food, good service, good room ! It's an experience by itself and show the best of Sri Lanka and sri lankans. Thanks for all, you're amazing guys.

Everything is perfect at Tribe Yala. It is an incredible and unique glamping experience. The “tents” (it is more of a 5 star hotel suite) are clean, spacious, fully equipped (private wifi and AC) and comfortable. We also had a private jacuzzi. Besides, the food is exceptional (one of the best we have had in Sri Lanka). We did the one day safari and it was certainly one of our favorite days of our entire trip. You get to see many animals while being accompanied by a wildlife specialist (ours was Kusar and he is very knowledgeable and friendly). Staff from the hotel met us inside the national park to bring us a delicious Sri Lankan lunch. Finally, the staff of the hotel is amazing. Thank you Rua and Latchan for your friendliness and professionalism. We will come back for sure!

Fantastic location, close to long stretch of empty beach. The host Hansa is super friendly and makes amazing Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner. The room was simple, but perfectly comfortable, with quiet and effective air con. Access is down a very bumpy unmade road, but iur driver had contacted the hotel in advance and arranged to meet Hansa on the main road and he picked us up. The safari organised by the hotel was very good.

The staff were amazing and met all of our needs. They were very friendly and knowledgable about the area. The food was outstanding and gave us a choice each day on what we would like. It was very refreshing to not have wifi and be able to unwind and take in the amazing scenior and be able to listen to the nature. The room was so spacious and decorated beautifully. Jerome organised our private safari which was great as we had nothing to do only turn up at the time organised. We couldnt have asked for any more. 5 star
