Riad is in good location, on the edge of the medina but easy to find. Great value for money. Mohamed was very welcoming and caring, helped us with everything, we booked our sahara trip with them and I think we got the best price like that, also Mohamed took care that everything was settled.

My previously booked riad had to cancel because of water damage and I ended up booking my stay here instead. I was not disappointed, in fact it turned out to be a fantastic upgrade. This place is a GEM! The location is perfect, close to drop-off and pick-up points for tours, a short walk from famous landmarks in the medina and on a street that was very quiet. Also close to restaurants and small shops for whatever you might want to buy. The staff were very welcoming and the house itself is absolutely stunning. It’s so well taken care of, with precious mosaics and decor that blew me away. I also got a room that was literally like a royal suite for just one person. The details were so beautiful, I could just lie in bed and stare at the richly decorated ceiling for hours. Super cozy, very clean and comfortable. Internet worked perfectly, the water was hot at all times and in a type of building that is usually not sound-proofed, I barely heard anything. With all those ceramic tiles and lower night temperatures at this time, it could be a bit chilly, but the AC/heater was huge, perfect size for that big room, and worked very well, plus lots of big fluffy warm blankets were available in the closet. Breakfast was delicious and a very generous portion. I also got a little breakfast takeaway when I had to leave early in the morning, and on the rooftop terrace I could enjoy the views with a glass of tea and a water pipe. Honestly, this was such an amazing place and I’m so happy I ended up here. I would not hesitate for one second in coming back!

A wonderful stay in Fes! The accommodation was superb. Lovely room, aircon, comfortable bed and clean ensuite. Great location - just inside old city wall so easy for drop offs/pick up but still easy walk to markets and attractions. Felt safe, good restaurants, especially 'Veggie' for vegetarians, close by. Great service - Mohammed went above and beyond to make us welcome and ensure our experience in Fes was perfect; Ryan was very efficient and sorted an early breakfast and taxi for us. Exceptional 10/10 service. Thank you to the team. We will be back inshallah!

We,were 2 couples and stayed at Anex which was very close and convinient to the main building. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They accompained and helped us to.park near the hotel on the first day. The waiters at the dining area (Bedar and Haitam) in the terrace were very friendly, polite and professional patient with all our questions and their advices and suggestions.

Outstanding! Thank you so much. Also warned us to print out our boarding passes (it seems as Fes airport does not accept mobile boarding passes). Great breakfast. The heater / air conditioner worked great and it was no problem to run it through the night (make sure to hang a sock in front of the LED-Display ;-)).
