We recently had the pleasure of staying at KOA and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The staff at this hotel truly set it apart. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, was marked by professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering thoughtful touches that exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were impeccable—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is a testament to the dedication of the entire team. A special thank you to Utam, Kavi and Dess for their outstanding service. It’s rare to encounter such a passionate and committed group of people, and they made my stay unforgettable. Amazing Lilly and Ian made this place a familiar paradise we didn't want to leave. We highly recommend KOA to anyone looking for an extraordinary experience. 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a slice of heaven. Emmanuelle is the most welcoming and lovestruck host ,always on hand if you need anything and so great to chat to. We also felt very look after and safe knowing she was just next door. Everything was easy, the house is clean and cosy and has everything you need including a game of Carom which we thought was a lovely touch.The view from the bedroom balcony and front porch are out of this world. It's so peaceful and the real Mauritius! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back as we fell in love with the whole place. Highly recommend if you love nature and an authentic island experience. Thank you Emmanuelle for everything 🙏 ❤️

We stayed at this resort and spa for a few days at the end of our holidays in Mauritius, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We were also lucky to join the sunset cocktail on our first evening, which was a beautiful start to our stay. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and great quality. We also joined some of the activities, such as snorkeling and a Body Balance class, which added to the experience. In the evenings, we enjoyed the bar, the music, and on our last night we had a great dinner at the Rum Shed.

The apartment is spotless and the Host is just a lovely person, I can't recommend it highly enough, there's even a small restaurant 1 minutes walk, shhh, don't tell everyone it'll be booked when we need it.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B and can only recommend it highly. From the moment we arrived, the hostess made us feel genuinely welcome with her kindness and attention to detail. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, providing a peaceful night’s sleep. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure guests feel at home. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was truly outstanding—fresh, generous, and delicious. It was clear that a lot of care and effort went into preparing such a copious and enjoyable morning meal. Overall, this B&B offers excellent hospitality, comfort, and value. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future.
