Everything was perfect. Location in a more peaceful part of the island. Lovely staff who care about the guests and the guesthouse they have created. They helped us organise a speedboat to the island. Excellent location close to the island’s port, with well landscaped garden being the centrepiece of the hotel which also provides privacy as well as a sense of calm looking out the window. The rooms were well decorated and the outdoor shower feature was also remarkable. The restaurant at the hotel run by the two Sri Lankan chefs provided delicious food.

Our stay at the Sands Grand Hotel was amazing, from the first moment with the complimentary drink until the very last. The staff was exceptional, everyone was super friendly, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We felt like at home during our stay at the Sands Grand Hotel. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast was delicious, offering everything you could need: eggs, fruits, local dishes, juice, and always water, which was regularly replenished in the room. Additionally, the room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. The excursion we took through the Sands Grand was perfect, the underwater world is incredible here, and the hotel manager personally took care of us, making sure we saw as much as possible. The island itself is a paradise on earth, with long white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. There are plenty of restaurants and shops as well. So, thank you once again to the entire Sands Grand Hotel team, it was an amazing experience. If we return to the Maldives, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

As full-time travelers, my partner and I have been fortunate enough to explore various islands in the Maldives, and our recent stay at Unwind Dhigurah Boutique Hotel was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of service and the warm hospitality of the staff. First and foremost, the location of Unwind Dhigurah is unbeatable. It is conveniently situated closest to the bikini beach, allowing us to enjoy the pristine white sand and turquoise waters of the Maldives with ease. One of the key highlights of our stay was the incredible Wi-Fi. As digital nomads, having reliable and fast Wi-Fi is crucial for our work, and Unwind Dhigurah had the best Wi-Fi we have experienced in the Maldives. We were able to seamlessly connect and work from our room, the common areas, and even the beach, without any interruptions. The cleanliness and coziness of the hotel were also noteworthy. The boutique hotel was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail in the cozy decorations created a warm and inviting ambiance. It truly felt like a home away from home, which made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The staff at Unwind Dhigurah were exceptional. They were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. We would like to extend a special thanks to the managers Raju and Maumoon for their exceptional service and hospitality. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. We also did the cool whale shark excursion and was amazing to see those animals in action. Also mention Mujib for his details arranging a cool bed ornaments with flowers for our last day.

Just wow! We had such a great stay. Very lovely place with a very welcoming and lovely team. Great family atmosphere. Different snorkeling/diving tours every day. Great food, service and nice rooms. We had a great time staying at Tides for 6 nights. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something we just could ask him. In addition the owner also organizes tours (Manta, Whalshsarks etc.) for all guests. The room is nice and everything is there what you need for your holiday. However, don't expect a 5 star resort! It is a nice guest house with only 4 rooms. The daily breakfast is good and more than enough. The speed boat transfer from and to MLE airport has also been organised by the guest house.

We were satisfied with everything in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The room was always clean, which was taken care of twice a day by Mujeeb, whom we want to thank once again, because he made our stay even better. We liked that we could choose breakfast and dinner from a wide menu. When serving meals, we always looked forward to the always cheerful and smiling Pathum. We highly recommend this hotel.

The guesthouse is a rare high quality accommodation in that price range. The staff are very attentive and pay attention to all details, special thanks to Maumoon, Patung and the rest of the team for making the stay very pleasant and a seamless experience. The common areas and the rooms are very well maintained and the facilities are new. Room service was also outstanding.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and spacious. Unwind is right next to the bikini beach, so you don’t need to walk far to enjoy the turquoise water. Great stay, amazing people and unforgettable adventures. If you prefer the luxury of constantly discovering new wonders of nature to just having a simple beach holiday, you're going to love it. Regarding the transfer, if the weather is good (only small waves) then the speed boat is completely fine, otherwise consider going with either of the plane options.
