The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals, and the living room provided a comfortable place to relax. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and the view from the window was beautiful. First of all, the hosts Stavros and Kat are very nice, they try to accomodate your every need and reply very fast to messages and calls. The tour with the host to see the Northern Lights/ Aurora Borealis was the best, we saw a sky full of it and in soooo many colours, was very cool, an unforgetable experience. The house is very confortable, with heating system, a nice living room with a large TV, the kitchen has everthing you need as well as the bathroom, it’s a modern apartment. The room is also very confortable and good size, everything was very clean. The bus stop is very close to the house and is a very quick trip to the center and to the airport. You also have a nice view to the mountains and fjord from the living room and from outside the house. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

The apartment is really nice and comfortable. It has an own kitchen and a bathroom. You have got a wonderful view on the water and to the hills. You can find a bus stop near to the apartment, which is directly connected to the airport on the one hand, and on the other hand to the city of Tromsø. Near to the apartment is a "Joker" where you can buy all the things you need for your stay. Alternatively, you can reach an Eurospar within a 10 to 15 minutes walk, where a wide range of food is offered. The owner of this apartment is really kind and supportive. I will return to Tromsø and hopefully could get another chance for booking this wonderful self-service apartment! I enjoyed the stay very much!

Super clean and cozy. Especially the kitchen- fully equipped, you can find everything you need. There’s a stunning view just outside the window. I even watched the northern lights just a 2--5 minutes walk from the house. Excellent public transport. I traveled alone without a car and could easily get anywhere by bus. Highly recommend taking bus 425 heading to Ersfjordbotn. It’s just a 10-minute ride, and there’s an amazing fjord view!

Second holiday at Enter City. Comfortable room. Very clean. In quiet area , just seconds walk from main street and close to shops., port, buses, harbour, Information Centre. Very kind staff. A big thank you to Nasryn and Ewa, the two lovely receptionists who were also there last year, and who were always available for a chat.., and who made me feel very welcome. This is quite important for an older woman travelling alone. I was able to come and go as I pleased. Room had everything I needed. Hope to come next year and will stay there.

They were such lovely people, and I enjoyed every second of my stay. We had good talks, and if I needed something, they went beyond. I can recommend this accommodation 100% and would love to go back one day

We booked the accommodation due to an unexpected urgency when we were unable to get into the other accommodation that we booked in advance. To our biggest surprise and gratitude, the Enter Backpack Hotel upgraded our stay to the Enter Hotel without any extra charge! We cannot be happier with the super comfortable room and cooking facilities for a nice dinner!!

I really loved staying here. The rooms are clean and with all you need. Also very silent, I could not hear anything. The position is super central, you can reach the bus stop in 3 minutes and the city centre in just 5 minutes. Staff is nice, the overall experience was good and you can benefit from a 24h reception. I really loved the breakfast that included everything and it makes me happy :) With respect to many other accommodations I found the price perfect. I would definitely book another trip in this hotel
