Excellent service provided to us by Alexander and Edilberto, they were very friendly, they organized to meet us at the station upon our arrival which was very exciting, upon our arrival they gave us several recommendations and even helped us acquire our tickets to Machupicchu, bus and our guide. to Machupicchu who speaks English Jesus, breakfast in the morning they offered us on the first level a large elegant place with various snacks, the room was adequate for a short stay and the location close to several places of interest stood out.

I had a wonderful stay at Inkas Land. The standout feature of my visit was the incredibly helpful receptionist. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his calming attitude and wealth of information really made my trip to Machu Picchu smooth and enjoyable. He provided all the details I needed and created a welcoming atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, as one might expect in a town named Aguas Calientes, haha—definitely appreciated! Breakfast was pretty basic (cheese, ham, and bread), no eggs, but for the price, it’s an excellent value. The central location is another big plus—close to the train station for trips back to Ollantaytambo. Thanks again to the wonderful staff for their hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for its value, comfort, and helpful service!

Wilson was amazing he came to get us from the train station. Location is about 12 mins walk from train station but Wilson helped us with our luggage too. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was great especially thanks to the lady making fresh squeezed orange juice and delicious scambled eggs. Room was big and we had an amazing view of the river. We had late train so we asked for a late checkout which they provided for 50USD and was great. Really happy with the place and will come again. Also the restaurant downstairs was awesome must eat there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent, right next to the train station. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. Free tea, coffee and water were available in the kitchen all day, which was a nice touch. There are many restaurants and shops close by. It is only a short 6-minute walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu. Noise from the train is part of the package for many hotels in the area, and it did not bother us. We had a very pleasant stay.
