The location, the view and the restaurant is great. The rooms are clean and the AC is good. Breakfast is tasty. But the most important thing is that despite the bad weather we had, they helped us a lot, without the great staff, we would have stuck on the island because it wasn’t easy to find out which ferries were cancelled and which ones are not. They were informing us about all the details, and when the weather became better, they arranged us activities. Richard, the owner is awesome, he put a great team together. You feel like you are their most important guest, even when they are fully booked. This is not just a hotel, this is a resort when they are really there for you. Thank you everyone!! Hope to see you again :)

Everything about our stay was great! The shower was fantastic – strong pressure and perfect temperature, which made it really refreshing. This is a small hotel ran by mostly family with a few staff. This gives the hotel a very comfortable and homey feel. The breakfast options are all delicious especially the tocino and longganisa (they don't use red food dye!) All the staff and owners are wonderful and my family had such a cozy stay. The shuttle service to the beach was always available and the staff went above and beyond to help me get a cake for my dad at 11pm at night.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Minshuku KCS Hotel and Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by very kind, polite, and hospitable employees who made us feel right at home. Beautiful property, location very good for what I needed. I even kept extending day by day and when I couldn’t extend any more due to them being fully booked they provided me a free shuttle to another hotel few km’s away. The guy and reception was super friendly and helpful too, and they do amazing pancakes.

Superb view, one of a kind place amongst other accommodation in Puerto Galera. It’s a great combination of having a quiet place to stay and relax and just few minutes away from the busy streets and markets. There are some few issues which are being fixed by the Manager.

Good location, close to the beach and the main shopping street. The hosts were fantastic, made me very welcome, gave me tips and Anthony took a small group of us out snorkeling and a hike to a waterfall. They can arrange for you to be picked up from the pier, which I would recommend, and Malou arranged my trip back to Batangas. Good basic clean accommodation, with comfy beds, Internet and breakfast. Highly recommend staying here and I will be back the next time I am in the Philippines.

We had such a great time staying here. Lovely and accommodating owner and staff. The place itself is exceptionally wonderful,the pool, the interior, it's relaxing beachfront exterior ambiance as well is superb that you can have a peaceful evening as it's distant from the night crowd. The hotel's located within 2 to 3 minutes walk going to the bustling bars if you want to chill out. Quite near to restos at the bay too. Overall excellent service and accommodation to where our family will stay at again.
