Beautiful house that has been the owners family house for generations. The house retains so many original features such as moulded plasterwork and original m ornate doors but it’s perfectly painted and very clean. We had a wonderful breakfast. To top it all off our host was so friendly and welcoming . Of all the places we have stayed in on this trip this was the one that has stood out in experiencing the real Portugal.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and comfortable. Restaurant facilities close by were excellent quality and very cheap. No problem with storing bicycles during our stay.
