The accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good location, excellently implemented, comfortable bed and air conditioning. The attention and kindness of Paula was comforting, and the apartment was impeccable, comfortable and well implemented. The location is also excellent, close to everything and above all to a beautiful beach.

The BEST EVER accommodations you will ever find. Armanda is an amazing host who is fully committed to making your stay as comfortable and enriching as possible. The house is historic and beautifully renovated and the grounds around the house are magnificent. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need. The breakfast is out of this world. Casa do Avô José Alves is your five-star home away from home.

Paula was an outstanding hostess. We were greeted with a cheeseboard and wine, provided maps and plenty of ideas for dining, which Paula also helped with making reservations. The accommodation was cute and clean and felt very private from the main house. I would recommend for anyone visiting Terceira to stay with Paula.

A really great apartment with everything you could need during your holiday (well equipped kitchen, smart TV, comfortable beds, privacy etc) Very clean and everything is new in the apartment. Luis is such an accommodating host, giving recommendations of what to do and where to eat on the island, easy and fast communication via whatsapp. They also offer tours and wine tastings at the property - really recommend it (Andre, who is offering the tour, is such a passionate person about their work and the history). Our stay was truly a pleasure!

Very central small hotel/hostel, nice and comfortable room and bathroom, all super clean. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee and tea always available, and fridge to leave guests' food. We only stayed one night before the boat to other islands, but it is possible to stay there for an entire vacation. Very nice, thank you!
