Nico was so kind and helpful. The room and the pool amazing. Such a cute little town too.

Very mordern hotel with all the facilities, exceptional view on the Tejo and Portas do Rodoa. Free entrance for the (muncipal, public) swimming pool. The restaurant is also good and cheap. The staff is very helpful and warm.

Super cozy place, nice check-in with simple instructions and some extras like coffee and muffins provided to fill up your breakfast (I'm cycling across Alentejo and it surely was useful) Super close to the train station, location is 11/10 I will come back for sure 😃

The house is very clean, cosy and welcoming. We came as a family of three, with a baby, so we welcomed the cleanliness and the fact that the house is very safe (the staircase has barriers up and down, there's a fire extinguisher and fire blanket, etc.). There is everything you need to cook (e.g. kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and glasses of all sorts; an oven, microwave and stove with a hood - all modern and easy to use, fridge and freezer, dishwasher) and a huge oven and grill outside (shame there was no charcoal as the previous guests used it all). Bathrooms are spotless clean and the shower upstairs is spacious enough to put a big baby bath. There's even a laundry basket in the bathroom (washing machine is in the kitchen). Most importantly, the house is just perfect for leisure, spending time with family and friends. Plenty of space outside on the balcony where a super easy to use (and very clean) jacuzzi is, but also in the lounge area downstairs - a big dining table for 8 people (aside the one in the kitchen), corner sofa to relax, blinds to cover the windows when it's too sunny, sounds of nature - nearby river and birds singing. Just amazing. The owner did an amazing job and thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable, relaxing and worry free. A very nice touch are different utensils from the past - a plough, sieves, lamps - all adding up to the cosy and relaxing vibe. We requested a cot and received a next to me cot (up to 8 kg) and a baby towel. The cherry on the cake was the possibility for us and our baby to try a homegrown courgette, blueberries, beans and eggs that the owner kindly shared. Absolutely delicious!

Very nice place with nice hosts. Very quite and it has a pool + hot tub as well as an outdoor gym. If you love nature and the feeling of community you will probably like it. It has a small breakfast but there is always someone ready to help you out if you need something else. If you enjoy a place that feels like a community with a lot of events (like yoga classes or even late-night fire pits) its the right place.

I loved my stay at Montes das Cerejas. The hospitality was amazing, great people friendly host, beautiful mountain landscape. Can't wait to go back.
