Great place to stay. It had everything we needed, a cosy balcony with an amazing view, good water pressure and overall heating. The wifi worked great as well. The free parking spot was definitely a bonus. We loved our stay and we would absolutely come back again if we ever find ourselves in Piatra Neamț.

The bedroom window faces yeard, so less noise there. As for location: the city mall is just across the road, and the apartment is quite close to the center.
