Friend of Koh Samui was very beautiful, comfortable and home-like. The place is a bit far from the beach, but on the otherhand it made the place that much more peaceful. The guesthouse only has 5 (4?) rooms, so it’s nice and quiet. Rooms and common kitchen area were clean and water in the pool chrystal clear. Host, Leon, was easygoing, helpful and fun and at the same time understood the need for privacy. We were two middleaged and two young women and we all enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location and atmosphere. The ocean wing villas, the beach, the tent, the vibes and the staff... everything was so nice and chill. The room was so comfortable, private and beautiful. Everything was peaceful and relaxing in this stay. Sala spa is amazing, I know where to go next time I'm on this wonderful island :)

Every employee, especially reception employees, are very friendly and helpful. They can solve everything. Our check-out time was very early. They suggested to us; we can prepare sandwiches for you. They prepared two sandwiches and dragon fruits for us.

Wonderful hotel, lovely and helpful staff with all the conveniences you may need (amazing massage near the beach, restaurant on the beach including seafood bbq), cocktail bar (with happy hour !!) swimming pools suitable for kids and adults (2 of them). Room cleaning was performed daily, breakfast was delicious with enough options. Prices of massage, restaurant and other services were very reasonable. During our stay our child got sick and reception was very helpful to find a doctor and when we opted to go to the hospital they even drove us there free of charge. We warmly thank them for their help !!! Whilst there is a famous bar nearby (The ArkBar), inside the room we didn't experience much noise. Airplanes also pass over the hotel but frankly, given every upside of the hotel and amazing staff, we were not bothered and will come again. In the evening, you'll be less than 100 meters walking distance to the main Chaweng avenue with plenty of bars, restaurants and clubs to accommodate your needs.

I’ll start with I liked everything. The room was very large and the bathroom was huge with a very nice shower and plenty of towels. The beach is literally 30 seconds away with free sunbeds, and great service. I also rented a scooter from the hotel and rode around the island. I really like that the hotel was at the end of the beach, made for a nice long walks along the Gulf of Thailand. The hotel food and breakfast was wonderful and there are restaurants a short walk away. However, the most special part of this hotel is a wonderful staff. Everybody was so kind and accommodating, especially Ive, Ann and “A”.

By far the best holiday experience we ever have had. Even before arriving we sensed the incredibly high service. We were contacted by the manager, who arranged our pickup from the ferry pier. Upon arrival, we were served chilled drinks and fruit, with a thorough presentation of the villa. The villa has an amazing view and is situated in a quite place but everything is easy accessible by car. We were able to walk to a nearby supermarket, the beach and a restaurant with Michelin mentions. The service is outstanding. Every morning we were met by Shun, ever smiling and professional, who would play with our baby while we enjoyed the lovely food. When we were finishing our breakfast, the manager Aeng, would stop by to coordinate with us, whether it was arranging things or simply give recommendations. All the housekeeping was tailored to fit nap times and the staff was super flexible and understanding. The chef must be a magician, and the in-house dinning, whether it was light starters or the full set menu, was prepared with excellence and beautifully arranged. Every single staff member, we met were incredibly kind and caring - the parking guard would always greed us and wish us good day or good night, the pool crew and technicians were outmost kind. We were asked about our baby’s troubled skin, and the manager recommended changing the chlorine levels of the pool, which then happened before we could spell swimming. The pool keeper measured the levels every day, and brought back all the swimming toys before we realized they were missing. Lightbulbs were changed in seconds almost before we even realized the light was missing. We tried to cancel our next stay at another hotel to stay another week, but unfortunately had to move on. We discussed whether we should kidnap Shun, because she was the star of our stay, but instead we would rather come back to the lovely place and the incredible people working there.

I had a lovely stay here!! My bungalow was garden view and could always see monitor lizards from here which was awesome. The bed was comfy and the air conditioner worked well. The owners were very kind and helped me with everything I need. Right on the beachfront!!

Can hear the waves at night. Beautiful place to stay and love the hammock. AC in the bungalows was also excellent normally places like this only have a fan. Small walk up the beach to get to main restaurants.

Really modern accommodation and bathroom. Pool is right infront of your room. The Dutch couple is super nice and helpful. Nightmarket is like a 10 min walk away.

Amazing beachfront location. Really relaxing stay. Social seating with great views which was useful for remote work. Friendly staff. Roughly 10 minute walk to a big night market with great food options. Close to other bars/restaurants. Quiet bungalow room.

This place have so amazing vibe that we stayed longer that we planned 😀 I saw reviews about the owner, Yeah is it true that mama and father are not so smiling as thai people usually are .but their son is amazing cute and Kind ! Yes is also true that depend in wich line your place is. First one is the best , midle is fine and the last line is not so good. We tried midle and last line and we make a deal when will another one free we can move ☺️So they tried to solve your troubles. So we will return back soon !

The location was amazing, for the 1st time in 15yrs I got to stay in a lovely little bungalow right on the beach. The resort is small but absolutely perfect with just a handful of bungalows but a lovely beach bar and restaurant - such a chilled beach vibe. The view, , location, staff, surroundings were wonderful ❤️I literally opened my door onto my veranda and was greeted by a stunning seaview. Absolute bliss, relaxing, peaceful - I am definitely going back 🙏🇹🇭

everything has been perfect!! I really can recommend this Hotel! I enjoyed my stay very much! Please note a motor bike is needed to get around. You can get it very cheap though.

We stayed in a beach front bungalow for a week. Beautiful, peaceful location. Bungalow although basic are well kept and clean. Shops few mins walk away. Family who own Beers bungalows, kind and helpful, nothing is too much bother. Would stay again 100%
