Perfect place and invested. Nets on the windows is something you don't see in the East, a perfect design with a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts are a lovely and caring couple, they helped me move to the next place. The cabin is comfortable, designed with a sea view, in a boho chic atmosphere. I really liked it and would love to come back to stay again.

Amazing stay here, right on the beach with a large bedroom/bathroom and massive balcony to relax on. The shower was the best I've ever used and the included shower gel etc were high quality. The room smelt very clean and was spotless on arrival. Teas and coffees included. If you get buffet breakfast included, it was the best breakfast we've had during our travels so far with lots of food and drink options, you can even ask them to cook eggs for you. Also the comfiest bed we have been in so far, didn't want to get out of it. Staff always very lovely and accommodating. Good happy hour cocktails too!

We liked everything and it was the perfect fit for us. It would certainly suit those who are looking for a laid back, quiet atmosphere. Probably not suitable for those who want to stay in the middle of the action, however the location is not too secluded - with a scooter you can reach tons of restaurants, cafes, and lovely beaches. Community-like atmosphere, not a tacky resort, felt like home after 5minutes. The staff is very honest and warm. Motorbikes rental is cheap, not a single problem when we returned our scooter. Food is cheap so are fruit shakes - delicious. Very cozy room and super comfortable bed. Lush garden, very private balcony, and wonderful jungle sounds especially in the early morning. The beach, wide and beautiful, is at walking distance, just down the road. Honestly, I would recommend it to friends and family and I would definitely know where to stay when returning to Koh Phangan. In fact, we ended up extending our stay twice and are now missing it as we continued our trip to Koh samui.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Beautiful location. Right on the beach with amazing views of the bay. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and we had a lovely, big balcony with views of the bay. Close to many bars and restaurants. Ma, on reception is always helpful, booking taxis, ferries and trips for us. Mama Tim and her team in the restaurant are so welcoming and friendly, we were made to feel like family.

Its also close to everything. - the hotel costs less then other options - the hotel has amazing outdoor place with a long and nice pool, rooms are clean and nice, good vibe all around - hotel restaurant has very good vibe, we loved it - hotel staff are very polite and helpful We planned to stay at this Hotel for one week, but we extend our stay up to 2 weeks and we enjoyed it.

Lovely quirky little boutique bungalows, set in lovely lush gardens. Staff are lovely and were always on hand to make our stay exceptional. Nearby secret beach is worth a visit, especially the local beach bar that is run by Jay. Overall lovely time.

Best hostel I've ever been to, great location, great restaurant, the personnel is always available and happy to help. they have a pool, a gym and a yoga shala. I stayed for almost a month in the dorms and was super confortable. I've met great people at this hostel, it's very social but chill. also it's one minute away from the beach !

Location is great, Haad Yao is a nice place on the island close to many beautiful beaches and nice restaurants. The view from the balcony was unmatched so the steep climb up is totally worth it. We stayed an extra night because we loved the island and this accommodation. Friendly owner.

Amazing value for money. Especially outstanding is the restaurant / terrace, with very nice and professional staff, and very good food. The beach right below the hotel and easy to reach by stairs. This is a great place to relax as you can rest at the hotel pool with beautiful views, eat at the terrace, and go to the beach within one minute. When staying here, you don't have to go anywhere else. Great place to conclude your holiday with some days of bliss.

It's such a gem among the accommodations. So quite, perfect sunset view and the private beach has the cleanest water in comparison with the other beaches (just dont have much sand, more pebbles and dead corals -- once you get over the shallow part, there thousands of colourful fishes and I even saw a turtle, twice). Stayed for 5 nights.Very basic accommodation,enough to sleep over.They have their own cafe with food and coffee which was great! Location is good,not even 10min to the Haad Yao beach.restaurants and 7/11 5min away.Owner is super nice,giving some useful tips.

Amazing accommodation on Koh Phangan. The beach is only few steps away and after driving around the island we can say that Haad Yao is the best beach. Beautiful sunsets and even snorkeling opportunities there. We definitely recommend staying in garden bungalow and even renting scooter with guys in front of reception.

I was lucky enough to stay one night in a wonderful BAO Village holiday home. Clean cozy house with stunning sunset views. there is everything you need. Great owners who love what they do. I would like to stay longer, but everything is already booked

Great location, friendly staff and nice simple accommodation. If you like to be left alone to enjoy your holiday this is the place. Felt at home straight away. Also easy to hire a bike
