Xanadu Island deserve more than just 5 stars as they’ve exceeded all my expectations and gave me an unforgettable experience. Everything was amazing from the moment I reached reception to when I took the taxi back home - they have by far the best hospitality I’ve seen in my life. I had a big error with my booking (100% accidentally my fault) and they went out of their way and above and beyond to fix my problem and also offer an upgraded room - all while trying to reassure me and calm down my panicked state. I had a wonderfully amazing stay, every single person there was hospitable, helpful, friendly and caring. I had a very personal experience and never worried about anything - everything I wanted they were more than happy to provide and offer even more. Guest services also helped me plan a trip to see more of Bodrum, but otherwise I didn’t even want to leave the resort. Their beach is pristine and the water there is as clear as glass. The food and drinks were extremely tasty and available 24/7 to enjoy anytime outside the room. Everything was much better than I had read or seen in advance. I went on this trip to disconnect, relax, and have a peaceful yet fun time - I got exactly that and felt wonderfully spoiled on top. I thank them again for this never to be forgotten experience.

The hotels is located in an amazing secluded spot not far from Turgutreis. It has its own beach in a small lagoon with fine sand that gets cleaned and even out every morning. The sea is shallow in this area and the water was very clear. The hotel territory is beautiful and exceptionally clean. There are plenty of beach beds, picnic tables, small nooks where you can relax and have a nap outside while listening to the sea. The seating system in the dining area is very smart: we had a table allocated to our room and did not have to worry about finding a seat or anything like that. The food was very tasty and diverse, with options for any dietary requirement. If you want to have a coffee or a drink outside of meal hours, you will have a card that is attached to your room so you don’t need to worry about carrying cash around. In the end of our stay we just settled the bill at the reception. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and we got whatever help we needed despite the language barrier. There was also a lady on staff that spoke perfect English that was checking on guess every day in case they need information or help, which was very useful for us as we wanted to travel around but did not know how. All around it was a great stay for us and we are hoping to visit again next year.

From the moment you arrive until you leave, the manager ensures you have a lovely and tranquil stay. The property has a great eye for detail with lots of small touches that really make the place special. The building is bang in the center on the main front and apart from the steps, you are always close to the shore and the activities around the area. The view especially from the main breakfast terrace is beautiful and you never feel rushed. The team were extremely helpful from food, drinks, to helping out on whatever was needed. Highly recommended if staying in Gümüslük.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days and its was one of most comfortable hotels we have ever been to. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful . Perfect location 2 minutes away from Yalikavak Marina , beautiful sceneries . The hotel restaurant also (Cliff) serves delicious food We have also tried the SPA it was also very good, the message was satisfying. We will diffenetly go back to the hotel again.

Hosts are nice and helpful, we arrived and there was no baby bed for our baby which was arranged few minutes after, we could park our car inside the property which had a small parking so we didn’t have to leave our car on the street, The pool was really nice, the area around is so green and clean, beds are comfy and staff although some didn’t speak English yet they were nice and always smiling

Our recent stay at xanadu was a true delight for our family. The serene surroundings and breathtaking views provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The accommodations were ok the staff was attentive, and the dining options were delicious. While there were a few minor issues, they were quickly resolved, leaving us with an overall positive impression of the resort.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. While the location is somewhat remote and taxi fares can be steep, the facilities more than made up for it. The hotel boasts a variety of excellent restaurants, offering diverse cuisines to suit all tastes. Additionally, the beautiful beach nearby provides a perfect spot for relaxation and leisure. Overall, it was a great experience with commendable amenities.

Great Vacation mr. Mert very welcoming did everything to accommodate us. From transportation till end vacation 24/7. Thank you mr. Mert. Landscape its great. Location perfect. Beach sandy water crystal clean, Swimming pool clean, Entertainment could be better, downside only food options its not many choices to choose from. Definitely you always find something to eat but if you fancy excellent food this place doesn’t suit your needs. Spa perfect overall recommend the place for holiday

The staff at the property were incredibly helpful. In particular, we would like to thank Elena for taking into account our requests and making our stay pleasant! She made herself available for us and made it easy to contact her. We liked the breakfast selection at the hotel, it was really nice and delicious! The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

Beautiful location with private beach. Great value for money if you choose the all inclusive option! We were never hungry and there’s a constant flow of food, drinks, snacks and ice cream. Staff are super friendly and so accommodating. We had a lovely stay and did not want to leave! Fun daily and nightly activities as well, there’s something for everyone.

I liked the large green area, everything was clean, a large beach, which has a lot of space and enough sunbeds for everyone. I also liked the work of the staff, all our requests were fulfilled quickly and the service team is very professional! I especially want to express my gratitude to the manager of the hotel Mert Sır, with him our stay was just wonderful, he helped us in many ways, fixed the problems in the room, made a compliment and was very polite and professional! thank you very much for a great vacation! Dmitriy.
