The view from the room was delightful and the ambience of the common area was so soothing and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave! We stayed in this property after completing the Yushan mountain hike and it was the perfect choice. The town is small but a short ~200m walk is a fantastic restaurant with amazing food which was perfect post hike. The breakfast following morning was pleasant. We lounged in the common area reading, listening to music and chatting.

Kind and helpful staff with a very cool front desk clerk who speaks English. Our vegetarian family arrived very late but the chefs and waiters waited for us,made us feel very welcome and created a tonne of local delicious vegetarian food for us. The hot pool grotto on the 5th floor is epic. We loved the retro vibe and the view from our room was amazing. Being there in plum season would would be cool.

Location was great, shuttle service helped us get to 7 ELEVEN (or anywhere else if they're free) as per request even though they have set destinations, rooms are spacious and clean, service was fantastic
