Shawna the night desk lady was such a kind supportive person for our family that was there to be close to a family member having a medical emergency and was at Dominican hospital. She greeted us , helped us with things at all hours of the evening with kindness and a kind word. All the staff were very nice and very accommodating.

Wait. Was there a breakfast. Yes this place is older but you really can't beat everything you get. A great location. The room have kitchens or kitchenettes and my room had a little separate alcove for the bed. The staff is beyond nice and helpful

All of the staff prior and during the trip were very helpful. Parking recommendation, reservations and including accommodations for our after check out. We come here every year and will be back again.

I've stayed here before and it was fine. This time we changed rooms 2 times, first because the tv was far from the beds and about a 25 inch & a light was out. When we got to the 2nd room it was the same except it had a huge spider, my daughter was scared to death. So we asked to go back to the 1st room. Not as clean as would like lil Nats on the wall in the restroom. Price was too high for this accommodation.

From the moment we arrived, the staff(Pedro, Olivia and Kerena) provided our every need. each person gave us their expert service, and should be recognized individually by management. In addition, Management also went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
