This tranquil gem of a place was such a beautiful experience. There is so much activities for both kids and adults. Breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing! Everything you need is on the resort, even diesel and petrol right outside the boom! My 8 month old had a ball of a time and the serving staff in the Eagles restaurant showed him so much love, all the time. There was a baby chair for us at each meal which was so convenient. Thank you Gooderson Drakensberg Resort, we will most certainly be back!

The location was breathtaking. Wayne and Serena were the most gracious hosts even going out of their way to assist when we had a little car trouble. The small tight knit community is also very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was exceptionally clean and beautiful, bed was comfortable we slept like logs. The fire place was the highlight of each evening with the amazing view. The view from the apartment is also something to cherish. My husband and I loved every second and will definitely be making it one of our top destinations and will definitely be staying at Aspen Villa again

Gorgeous cottage in great location with beautiful views. The cottage is very comfortable and is fully equiped for cooking. The hosts were very helpful and shared local knowledge about nearby attractions.

Great location and the views were extraordinary. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Although it was not advertised as self catering there was a reastraunt not too much further up the road for dinner, convenience store within walking distance and a Spar not too far away in Underberg. We hope to stay again, although will be more prepared with food supplies. These little cabins keep the warmth in surprisingly well - super cosy.
