Very clean, functional and the room has a very good Mountain View. The 3rd guest sleeps on the sofa bed and it is very comfortable too. The bus stop is next to it.

Xalet Bringué Hotel is located in the Andorran Pyrenees mountain village of El Serrat. The attractive wood and stone building has designer interiors, while outside the terraces offer panoramic views.

The hotel is just 15 km from Andorra La Vella, and there is free on-site parking. The Ordino-Arcalís ski station is just over 4 km away. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Very friendly host. Let us check out late without issues. The facilities are new and location is very convenient.

The hosts are wonderful! Breakfast was superb, with everything you could want - lots of fresh fruit, nice selection of high quality cheeses and charcuterie, yogurt, pastries, eggs, cereals, dairy and non-dairy milks, etc., and the stocked kitchen is available all the time. The bed was super comfortable, with electric outlets on both sides, and we really appreciated having robes and slippers. The location is a 10 minute walk to the center of La Massana, but far enough from the main road we didn't hear traffic noise. The offsite parking, if needed, is just around the corner on the main road.

We would happily stay there again.

There is private parking and the property offers an electric vehicle charging station. 2 Adults, 1 Teen. Great communication before we arrived. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Had enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal if you wanted. Easy access with a key card. Arinsal has a good assortment of restaurants, cafes and shops. Good bus service too, if you want to explore. Definitely recommend!
