Very nice spa with everything: outdoor + indoor pool, salt room, sounas, and steam baths. Super comfy relax zone. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Food was delicious also.

Located on a picturesque hill in the Chepino neighbourhood in Velingrad, this hotel offers its guests an impressive view of both the city and the beautiful pine forest around.

The hotel features 8 indoor and outdoor swimming pools with mineral water, 2 separate SPA zones, which include spa facilities with free access - sauna park, herbal steam bath, salt room, laconium, kneipp path and area for adults only. I like all hotel, we have booked room for three nights but we stay two more because the hotel is excelent, i like everything .the room is very clear, the food is great , the massages and saunas are great. This hotel will definitely be my number one from now on, and whoever hasn't come here should definitely visit and enjoy everything this hotel has to offer, and it offers a lot.

The apartment is new and located in a good building in a convenient area. It’s close to Billa and has a restaurant right in the building, which was a great bonus.
