Since the room we originally booked wasn’t available, we received an upgrade and were able to check in before 3 pm, which was a wonderful surprise. The pool and spa facilities were excellent, and our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. After checking out, they kindly stored our bags with the concierge so we could enjoy the city before going to the airport.
