Absolutely everything about our stay at this hotel was impeccable. We booked the king deluxe with ocean view and extended our stay for a total of 7 nights (Dec 27-Jan 2). The room, view, and service was perfect. We especially found the bed to be quite comfortable, the towels very soft and our favorite part was the afternoon coffee cart that came around every day around 4-5pm to bring us an array of snacks and coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, etc. We loved interacting with the staff, especially Mario and Sansao who were so caring and took such great care of us. Location was also great, we were easily able to walk to restaurants (Coco Bambu and Peppe were great) and a quick walk to the beach as well. For New Years the hotel provided various "kits" which we purchased! Champagne, two plastic champagne flutes, a small tray of cheeses, meats, and nuts, as well as the container it all came in. We would definitely stay at this location again.
