Providencia is so nice, and the hotel was at a really good place in it. You had 2 bus stations like 2-3 mins away, a 24/7 convenience store like 5-7 mins away, it was quiet, safe, clean. The hotel itself was also very clean, and the entire staff were very polite and friendly. They had daily room cleaning, 24 hours reception and a water dispenser you could use at all times. The room had all the necessary amenities.

Hector very friendly and helpful with bags etc. The Airport transfers arranged through the Pullman were very good - friendly and courteous drivers. Restaurant and bar staff were very good. Food very tasty.

The decor, everything in working order, cleanliness, delicious breakfast and dinner. Loved the wallpaper in the room and in the elevator. Loved the sculptures, dog aprons on wait staff.
