The location is very close to the Xihu and the Hefangjie, also close to shopping malls. The staff were super friendly and helpful, helped us with luggage storage and all my Taobao orders. Also they let us checkout 2 hours later than usual. The room facilities were impressive, all super clean and well-furnished.The mattress was so comfortable!

She makes the entire breakfast herself—super fresh and absolutely delicious. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night, but we hope to return soon. It was simply fantastic!

Best secluded location in hangzhou west lake area. the place is kept in pristine condition and staffs were all friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable. Guess room was spacious, clean and well maintained
