The rooms in the accommodation are fitted with a flat-screen TV and a hairdryer. Loved the room with a window overlooking the street. The bed was extremely comfortable and the ac was actually quite quiet and strong. Location is absolutely perfect. So close to everything.

Additionally, I greatly appreciated the host's exceptional assistance; accommodating an early check-in by two hours truly made my experience seamless and enjoyable.

The hotel is directly opposite Phinikoudes Beach, offering water sports, shops, restaurants, and bars. It is 100 metres from the Yacht Marina and 600 metres from Larnaca Fortress. A very good hotel in a great location! Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfasts. Bus stop is about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There are many different restaurants nearby but I would like to recommend the one which was our favourite - Alexander. The food was amazing, seafood and fish were very delicious. Would definitely stay in Sun Hall Hotel again!

Located in the heart of Larnaka city, The Rise Urban Art Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the famous Phoinikoudes Beach. It offers modernly decorated rooms and suites with free WiFi, coffee/bar lounge and an outdoor terrace. The staff was very kind and served us in the best way. Breakfast was very good and all products were fresh. Wifi was perfect. Very good location, it was 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The next time I am in Larnaca I will prefer it again...
