The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the business center is particularly comfortable and functional. Breakfast was delicious, and overall the service provided by the staff was outstanding.

Despite the Canadian government issuing travel warnings to avoid all non-essential travel to Ecuador, at no point did I or my family notice or feel unsafe or uncomfortable, thanks to the professionalism and attentiveness of the hotel's staff. I would happily return anytime I found myself in Guayaquil.

Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. Hotel is a bit more pricey than other options in Ecuador, but it offers very good quality. Room was comfortable, with great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Staff is excellent and they are always very helpful. Hotel is very central and there is a guard at the entrance so you always feel safe. It is next to a mall, which is very convenient. Hotel has a restaurant and bar and they have a pick up service from the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Suite Luxury en Puerto Santana biedt uitzicht op de stad en een tuin. De accommodatie is ideaal gelegen in Guayaquil, op korte afstand van Santa Ana Park. The apartments are so nice. Martha and her team are the best. Super helpful and accommodating. The location is really cool. I've been told it is really safe here. There is security everywhere in the area and buildings. Guayaquil is an amazing city and I have never felt unsafe, but do be more than respectful and be alert, like any big city. The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.

Comfortable bed, good bathroom with good shower, kitchen you can use to cook. The flat is well clean. Location is next to a mall and not far from the airport and bus station. Good value for money. Owner is very kind and helpful, very nice host! Overall we were happy with the choice!
