The stay at Sunrise Montemare Resort - Grand Select was absolutely superb!! Starting from the arrival until the last day service exceeded my expectations. All members of staff ( manager, reception staff, bar attendants or housekeeping) were attentive and friendly with a smile and willing to assist in any query. The variety of food, presentation and cleanliness at breakfast / lunch break or dinner was amazing. The lifeguards at swimming pools were always alert, which is extremely vital whether you are staying with friends or family with kids. Liked the entertainment/dance show including for kids every evening and then life music later on to enjoy and relax on the terrace. Working in a hospitality sector myself and knowing ups and downs of a customer service, I would like to thank all the staff members of Montemare Resort for the hard work they put into their everyday duties to make every guest feel so comfortable and happy and the stay so unforgettable!!

All rooms at the Reef Oasis are air-conditioned and include a private bathroom. The registration will be in the main lobby with the look and sound of luxury fountain, music and aroma thereby. There is a welcome area with welcome drinks served to you with our gracious hospitality upon your arrival. Fun and beautiful, and you do not need to leave the resort. The staff are helpful, especially Mr. Khaled and Mohamed, the reception supervisors
