They were kind, amusing and helpful. The room was clean, and the cleaner did a great job keeping it that way every day. The lift worked, and took you upstairs easily. The room was adequately spacious. There was a kettle and a fridge. We didn't try the restaurant downstairs, but it looked clean and inviting.

The people at the reception managed to contact the cleaning company in time and retrieve it. The hotel is very close to the Universitat metro station, which is extremely helpful. The service in the restaurant was impeccable. I highly recommend Antiga Casa Buenavista. :)
