Great apartments, I enjoyed the heated pool, the gym and the coffe in the morning, the personal at the reception were very kind and helpful. Gloria especially. We had a great time.

This is a lovely modern property on the edge of old town. It is situated on a quiet, level pedestrian street. We walked all over old town from this property. The bus station for Puerto de la Cruz is an easy 10 min walk. The roof top terrace with pool sold us on the property and it did not disappoint. Breakfast is served there which you can purchase separately or look for a booking where it is included. There is an elevator but the wide staircase provides easy access to rooms as well.

Phenomenal hotel I have travelled to 18 states and this is the best price to quality ratio hotel. Everything was clean, towels changed daily, room cleaning also daily, perfect breakfast, you can eat everything you would think of The employees were also very polite and understanding The pool has it's own salt water, Wonderful food at the pool restaurant with ok prices If I go to Tenerife again I will stay here for sure!! Location is great so close to the old city of La Laguna. Nice room and great roof top pool. Very friendly staff that provided good restaurant suggestions including reserving tables.

This accommodation is amazing. The view from our terrace was insane. Close to the shop, close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to park. Staff extremely nice. The heated pool was bonus

It has fanstastic view for Los Gigantes. Food offered at the hotel ( and during the day at the pool ) is excellent. Staff is extremly friendly at the reception, and very helpful. Quiet and very clean space, absolutely lovely for kids ( and adults ). Big terrace to enjoy the view and spacious rooms. Walking distance ( 10 min ) for the lovely beach right near Los Gigantes.

Apartments have a balcony, fan and living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed. There is a kitchen with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. The reception staff were very friendly, and parking under the shopping center turned out to be much cheaper than we expected and very easy. The barriers opened and closed automatically as we drove up. Security guards patrolled the shopping center, and they showed us to our apartment. They were also very friendly. The apartment was HUGE! It was SUPER clean and fully equipped. We booked a "Maisonette/Duplex Apartment with Partial Sea View." The sea view was amazing! Housekeeping was extremely friendly and tried to work with us so they could still clean our apartment even though we had told them to skip it a day because we were leaving late. The air conditioning is fixed at 22 degrees Celsius, but when we asked if it could be turned up a bit, they did so right away. Great beds! Lots of space! Great amenities! Great staff friendliness! We had a truly wonderful experience at Vista Sur! The next time we go on holiday to Tenerife, we definitely want to stay at Vista Sur again! Muchos muchos gracias!
