We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was very friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome. The room was perfectly clean, and the breakfast was really delicious. The location is excellent – easy access both to the city center and the bus station. I can highly recommend this place.

The host was very kind and gave us detailed information for check in and parking. Parking was easy and there was plenty of space available. The key collection was quick. The property is huge and very spacious, extremely clean and extremely well equipped. Wi-Fi is fast and of good quality. A modern property with a pleasant atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable and the two bathrooms are ideal for larger families. It is centrally located in the Scottish Borders with many attractions nearby. We would have been happy to stay longer. I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.
