I chose this hotel because of its convenient location and excellent reviews. My experience not only met but exceeded my expectations. Almost everything (see the comment section with the sad face emoji) was great — the view from the room, the amenities (e.g., two terraces, the gym — although I didn’t go there because of lack of time), and more. The metro station is just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel, and it takes around 10–15 minutes by metro to reach the city center. The hotel is located very conveniently right next to St. Paul's, and has plenty of public transportation around. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel provided very clear and straightforward instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. The location is incredibly convenient, with the Elizabeth Line underground station just a short walk away, which made transportation around the city a breeze. There are also plenty of nearby stores for essentials and restaurants serving authentic English food, which was a great bonus. Beyond the excellent location, the hotel offers fantastic amenities, including a coffee machine, refrigerator, and even a washer and dryer for guest use. The rule of quiet hours after 10:00 PM ensures a peaceful environment, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the hosts were attentive, checking in to see if I needed anything or if my stay was going well. Highly recommended!

From the wonderful staff to the extremely comfortable room, this place was a real surprise. It is about 100 steps to Chiswick High Road and about 200 to Turnham Green station. Spacious bathroom and a comfortable bench seat in the main room. They are dedicated to recycling and reusing your own towel if you want to. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the bar area was welcoming and had a daily happy hour too! We will definitely be back.

The staff were absolutely amazing especially Dhruti and Olesia from the reception. The hotel is immaculate and spotless. The service is incredible. + the rooms and the view are stunning and extremely clean.
