It is located in the middle of the nature, far away from the crowds and the noisy main road. The rooms are very nice furnished, comfortable and the breakfast is simply amazing. Besides, Tommy, the host, is such a nice person and so willing to help. Due to him we managed to choose the best route in Plitvice National Park. Will be back for sure.

The accommodation is fitted with a flat-screen TV. There is also a kitchen in some of the units, fitted with a microwave and fridge. Every unit comes with a private bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are offered. What’s there not to like? This was the best stay we’ve ever had. We were pleasantly surprised by the place. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to go the extra mile to help us. In simple terms, you’re paying Travelodge prices for a five-star experience. It’s a fantastic family-friendly place. We loved it so much! It's so close to the lakes, with food and restaurants nearby as well. We were a family of two adults and two kids, and this place had everything we needed. There were comfy beds—two doubles, one single, and one on the floor. The space was spacious and the bathroom was huge. It even had a decent lounge area with table and chairs in it, plus a fridge. The complimentary fruit was a nice touch. All I want to say is thank you for making this stay so nice and memorable. Oh, and I think it’s newly built—didn’t see any mold or dirt anywhere!

Free private parking is available on site. The house and rooms were brand new, very well made, spacious and very comfortable. Also the location is awesome, there is a restaurant in the adjacent house, the food is great, as well as the breakfast next day and the staff is friendly. I usually do not give tens away easily but these guys deserve them.

Free WiFi access is available throughout and there is free on-site parking for guests with a vehicle. Great location and very close to the entrance to the Plitvice lakes national park. Parking is very convenient (it's free), the restaurant offers breakfast for a great price (13 eur), which was a nice surprise.

Only 1 km from Lake Kozjak, the biggest lake in Plitvice National Park, the Pansion Breza is situated on a peaceful location, surrounded by forest and meadows.

All rooms in the Breza guest house feature satellite TV, a private bathroom and parquet flooring. Some rooms feature a balcony. Guests can park their car on the private parking lot. Really happy with Pansion Breza! Great host, excellent communication, delicious food. We stayed for 2 nights with 4 adults and 2 children. Our rooms (4 persons & 2 persons) were good sized and clean. Nice bathrooms. The pansion is on walking distance from entrance 3 to the Plitvice lakes. We went early in the morning and avoided big crowds of tourists. It gets really busy....Very nice views on the waterfalls. We were really well cared for: great breakfast and great dinner.

Only a 15-minute walk from Plitvice Lakes in Mukinje, the traditionally built Villa Knezevic-completely renovated 2025 offers authentic Lika-style accommodation made from stone and wood. Free WiFi is available and free parking is provided. The apartments are excellent, the staff is very welcoming, check-in was quick and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Location was great, not only walking distance to the National Park but very close to shops also, private parking made it super easy
