Words fall short when trying to describe the people who work here. The reception team, especially Sofia, Natalia, and Majdi, you are absolute gold. The housekeeping staff as well: you all made me feel completely at home. Meeting you was honestly the highlight of my trip to Tel Aviv, and I am deeply grateful for everything you did. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located, just a short walk from the sea and Dizengoff Street, with many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms are beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped, including an espresso machine. There is also a spa and a fitness room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel, and its people, highly enough. I’ve found my place to stay whenever I’m in Tel Aviv.

The girls at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with both early and late check-ins, understanding my hectic flight schedule. Despite opting for a smaller room, it was impeccably clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my entire trip. The front desk staff were not only nice and welcoming but also a delight to interact with. I am already looking forward to returning in the near future and will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my acquaintances. It's truly a hidden gem!
