Everything about this property is about attention to detail. From enjoying a simple yet perfect sandwich by the pool, to beautifully crafted cocktails at the Indian restaurant, every experience was thoughtful and refined. Breakfast was a joy each morning with live music creating a calm, elegant atmosphere, complemented by stunning floral displays throughout the hotel. The staff are without question the greatest asset of this property. Warm, genuine, professional, and always attentive, they made me feel truly cared for. There was not a single moment during my stay where I felt disappointed or let down. The highlight was, of course, the effort the team made on the evening of my birthday. The gesture was incredibly touching and something I will remember for a very long time. It showed heart, kindness, and a true understanding of hospitality. And the location… oh my God — simply perfect. If you are looking for an experience rather than just a stay, this is the place. The Taj doesn’t just host you — it creates memories. Highly recommended, and I will most certainly return.

The Leela Mumbai ligger blot 5 minutters kørsel fra Chhatrapati Shivaji Internationale Lufthavn og tilbyder luksuriøs indkvartering med 6 spisemuligheder. Servicen var bare fantastisk og atmosfæren var luksuriøs. Haven og swimmingpoolen var bare dejlig at være i og morgenmadsbuffeten var rigtig god. Alle 3 restauranter var af høj klasse og jeg vil varmt anbefale stedet. Jeg har heller ikke sovet så godt i lang lang tid. Sengen var bare fantastisk.

Built in 1973, the iconic The Taj Mahal Tower Mumbai stands majestically across from the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. Our stay at the Taj Tower was absolutely exceptional. From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly helpful in making us feel at home after having landed in India for the first time. Anchal, the duty manager was particularly helpful in facilitating everything from restaurant suggestions, to where to buy traditional Indian attire, which we needed for events. I cannot express the level of both professional and personal attention that was felt, unlike any other hotel at which I have ever stayed. Her availability throughout our stay was so appreciated. Special thanks to all the other staff, that continued to check in with us throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and attended to. Our room service was down to every last detail; from bookmarks left bedside to fresh flowers! Finally, hotel amenities: ⁃ The pool is really wonderful, great for both morning and late night swims and large enough for laps. ⁃ The breakfast buffets are delicious, offering a very wide variety. From those wanting to enjoy the delicious Indian cuisine to those looking for an eggs Benny, they truly have it all. ⁃ The added 20% discount for all hotel guests applied to other restaurants on site was very helpful. ⁃ The ATM available in the lobby of the hotel is very helpful. ⁃ The hotel shops are lovely and a great way to wait out any monsoon moments! The hotel itself is an Oasis amongst a very lively and thriving neighbourhood, and a most wonderful place to come home to every night in Mumbai! Thanks again to everyone!
