Set in Jökulsárlón, 11 km from Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon, Hótel Jökulsárlón - Glacier Lagoon Hotel offers accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The accommodation provides a concierge service, a tour desk and luggage storage for guests. Breakfast and dinner were for sure some of the best we had in Iceland. Hot tubs facing the glacier are amazing, while also the floor to ceiling windows in the rooms provide for some very nice view.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. A perfect setup for our family of four. We were happy to be able to cook dinner and breakfast in the kitchen. Note that there is a microwave and toaster in the kitchen cupboard (they weren't mentioned in the listing or shown in the photos so mentioning it here).

Some rooms are accessible. - Room was fine, just about spacious for 2 people - Beds were comfortable - Bathrooms looked pretty new and clean - WiFi and heater was working fine - Sharing Kitchen was well equipped, with 3-4 electric cookers, fridge, utensils - Parking spaces available infront of the hostel

Located on top of a private farm having views of mountains and glaciers from the sit-out. Extremely quiet. Not even a soul could be heard from there. Only sound was sheep and lovely breeze. Beautiful wooden 2 bedroom cottage having every possible thing one might need. Can easily spend 2 days to enjoy it fully. Worth every price and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quiet time in Iceland.
