Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Meget fredelig omgivelse. Vores værelse var en aneks af bygning med egen onsen facilitet, hvilket giver ingen forstyrrelse af andre gæster. Stedet var meget familie og lokalt stemning. Hotellets personale var så behageligt og hjælpsomt med naturlig måde.

If I could give ten stars I would! Our stay was amazing! Everything from staff to location to food was great! You can’t beat the location within mountains next to a beautiful river! Onsen facilities were gorgeous! Staff all spoke English perfectly and were extremely thoughtful and kind! They even called me on our way there to make sure we can make it to the dinner!

Super clean, the room is very spacious, has two shared-but-private onsen baths (meaning you can lock it for your own use). Kitchen fully equipped with grill, microwave oven, pan stoves, dishes and cutlery, fridge. The toilets are shared but there are plenty in the inn. Kotatsu in the shared living room! Ayana san, the person taking care of the place, is super helpful and friendly (she gave me a lot of tips about the local baths, to contacting the bus station to make sure I got the right information for onward journey).

The property was very quiet, clean, and relaxing. Also, the surrounding community was quaint and worth exploring. The staff (including the owner) were very friendly and accommodating.

Minakami Onsen Aratashi Minakami ligger i Minakami, 33 km fra Gala Yuzawa Skiresort, og har en terrasse, en restaurant og gratis privat parkering. The staffs are very nice and helpful! The room was so big and comfortable. The breakfast were so good :) My toddler was very enjoy staying here.

Fabulous breakfast, and even some wonderful tapas and pizza for lunch and dinner. Gabrielle is a fantastic chef!

While the location was a bit out of the way (roughly 25min drive from Takasaki station), it was in a beautiful and quiet spot surrounded by cherry blossoms in full bloom. The room we had was the biggest out of all the places we stayed in Japan, was clean and comfortable, and had a private garden with covered deck and outdoor bath, which was absolute bliss after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The hospitality shown to us by the staff was exceptional, and we had no problem communicating through limited Japanese/English. They served traditional meals, which were beautifully presented and a delight to eat, having small servings of lots of different things. We made use of the free bicycles and had a great time exploring the area while getting a bit of exercise.

Kusatsu Hotel Bekkan Wata no Yu (Adult Only) ligger i Kusatsu, 45 km fra Jigokudani Abepark og 14 km fra Mt. Kusatsu Shirane. Her er en restaurant og gratis privat parkering samt gratis wi-fi overalt.... I think this will be one of my best experiences in Japan, everything was perfect! The hotel itself is very charming, the bedroom incredibly beautiful with an amazing view, the bath really nice, had an amazing breakfast and most of all the host was truly amazing. If I come back to Kusatsu, I will definitely come back to this hotel.
