The hotel is located in a wonderful area with a lot of shops, not so far away from the most crowded locations. The room was very spacious, comfortable and came with a washing machine. It was cleaned daily and we really enjoyed. We didn't try the breakkie, so I cannot comment on that. Would repeat stay and recommend it.

I stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a small kitchen with all the utensils you need for cooking. The hotel staff were amazing—they can speak many languages (French, English, Spanish, and of course Japanese), which is very helpful if you don’t speak Japanese. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas, restaurants, and supermarkets. The only small downside was the breakfast availability, which wasn’t always clear, so it’s good to check the schedule. But it’s not a big issue since there are plenty of places nearby to grab breakfast. Overall, a very nice hotel. Perfect for people who only speak English and know little or no Japanese. I would definitely stay here again.
