I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed the stay! The food (dinner and breakfast) was absolutely amazing-they won’t leave you hungry for sure, would recommend also to vegetarians! The room was pretty basic as visible in the pictures, but had all you can possibly need and was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and I also loved the soft linen. All toiletries (even toothbrush and toothpaste) are available. The location is very convenient for visiting Kolsay and Kaindy lake. I actually loved the fact that this hotel was not located in Saty as it had much cleaner air during the evenings (the majority of houses are heated with coal) and the wiew of the mountains from the window was incredible! The hotel staff was lovely, helpful and always available to help, although they speak very little English, we managed to communicate pretty well. Overall, if you are visiting this area, I would highly recommend this accommodation!
