The villa is located in a very green garden with a lot of space around the building. You can sit on the veranda and look for hours only in the garden and you will see real nature with different flowers, trees, animals etc. It was so relaxing!! :-) The breakfast is served by the host every morning on the veranda outside and it contains day by day different local specialties with a wonderful taste. Also his hints, what to to in the surroundings and possible activities are great and useful. Thank you once again for hosting us in your small escape from normal life, Shameera. Where should I start.. this place was just amazing! Very warm, welcoming hosts and staff. Beautiful big, clean rooms with great bathrooms. They thought of everything: Conditioner, Blow drier, Mosquito net, Coffee, Tea, Water, Cups, Fridge. Really great! The pool has a sunsail over it so you can stay in the pool without getting a sunburn. :) The full body massage was simply amazing too - just next to the ocean with the nice sound of the waves. It said it would be 40min, but it was longer than an hour. They made it possible to get the massage last minute. We could recommend this place to everyone 100%. Thanks a lot for the great stay! ☺️

Mouthwatering lunch wrapped in banana leaves and evening tea with helapa added that special Sri Lankan warmth. The villa was spotless — truly the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The owner’s hospitality was beyond comparison, making us feel like family. My daughter loved the short forest hike nearby, and the peaceful surroundings made it so hard to leave. Manarala Villa is pure serenity — a 7-star escape where nature, comfort, and care blend perfectly. We can’t wait to return for a longer stay!
