As soon as we entered we were greeted by wonderful staff. Mieczysław helped us with everything and gave us a quick tour. The rooms were very clean and the beds were supremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing, just near the beautiful walking path near the river and couple minutes by walk to the centrum. Spa Center was amazing. We booked 2 massages which were exceptional experience. My wife also got a facial. Diana did my wife’s Hydra Facial and it was amazing. She was really skilled and went through the whole process with my wife and my wife is extremely happy with her service.

There are car parking facilities near the hotels, and transfer services are available. Location was ideal as it was ten minutes walk from the main area, where we went on the ski lift to the slopes/ the water park etc. Plus a few minutes drive from the large supermarkets on the edge of town. Great restaurants in walking distance. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was absolutely incredible with the best selection I have ever seen, from pancakes to yogurt, to sausages to pastries, but also nuts and seeds, caviar on eggs etc. The staff were lovely and were able to wash clothes that were covered in mud from when we had to change a spare tyre in the rain.
