The accommodation provides room service, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. - Exceptional hospitality, such as: 1) Getting me a taxi ride to and from Njegos Mausoleum at a fair price (25 Euros each direction, excluding Lovcen National Park entrance fee and Mausoleum entrance fee). 2) It was raining heavily outside (taxi were all occupied ) on day of checkout, and got a short ride from the hotel to the Cetinje bus station. Also received a plastic rain cover to cover upper half of body so my stuff doesn't get drenched in water. - Hotel is conveniently located 10 minute walk to Cetinje central bus station, lots of good restaurants, and convenience/grocery stores.
