I liked the concept that there are two separate islands and a small marina. This enables us to pick from several different restaurants. All of these areas are accessible by the free of charge bicycles that you can find all around the islands. Even for minors, there are smaller bikes, or additional seating for babies or toddlers on adult bikes. The hotel uses technology smartly. You can contact housekeeping, you can call a buggy, you can make restaurant reservations and so on by using the mobile application. Apart from the main beach area near the reception, there are also other private beach areas on the other side of the island. A very peaceful place to have a vacation. Food buffets are full of selections, although a little bit expensive, the breakfast is not the best in the world, but has a lot of good choices, I would rate it 8/10. All the restaurants have kids menu and children -12 year old, eat for free as long as the adults order food &drinks for themselves as well. I like the fact that the hotel is accessible from the airport within 15 minutes, and the service was also free of charge.

Ithaa Seaview is gelegen in Guraidhoo, op een paar minuten lopen van Guraidhoo-strand, en biedt conciërgediensten, rookvrije kamers, een tuin, gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en een gedeelde... It’s close to the bikini beach and very serene. I love the fact that I was pampered the moment that I landed to the Male airport and reach Guraidhoo port. A buggy was already waiting to take me to the property. Major bonus is Fareed who takes care of the property and his boss are very accommodating. They would never left any questions unanswered. It’s truly a value for money.

Ayala Oceanview Maldives bevindt zich op een paar minuten lopen van Gulhi-strand, en biedt een 4-sterrenaccommodatie in Gulhi en heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Zeer correct, perfecte service en top hygiëne. Goede locatie op een gezellig eiland

Island Ambience bevindt zich in Maafushi en heeft een tuin, een terras, een restaurant, en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Arriving by speedboat I was picked by up friendly Rakib, who had a luggage cart. He also did the check-in and gave me his phone number, in case nobody was at reception. Later I also met the equally friendly owner Muhamad. Location is good, at the more quiet eastern side. The room was fine with a comfortable bed. It had enough hangers (plastic), a safe and - very appreciated - a beach towel. Racks for drying clothes could be found in the small courtyard in front of the ground floor rooms. Daily two water bottles were provided. Breakfast was served at the table on the first floor. I always went for the good Maldivian breakfast with Roshi, Mas Huni and Omelet, plus a plate of fresh fruit.

Hiraeth island home ligt in Guraidhoo, op een paar minuten lopen van Guraidhoo-strand, en is voorzien van kamers met airconditioning en een terras. Supervriendelijk en hartelijk personeel, heerlijk bed, toplocatie! Ze regelen alles voor je (bagage, boottickets). Tip: eet als ontbijt Mashuni Roshi van Sohan. Echt top!!!! 😋

Konut by Thakuru bevindt zich in Guraidhoo, op een paar minuten lopen van Guraidhoo-strand, en biedt een privéstrand en uitzicht op de tuin. Staff were so helpful and friendly! Organised all the tours, guided snorkeling in the local reef from the beach and took great underwater footage! Room was basic, but a good size and had all the necessary amenities and the bathroom was very clean. Extra beach towel which was useful. Having someone stay on site at all times was very reassuring. Felt completely safe as a female travelling solo. Just a few minutes walk to the harbour, beach, restaurants and sunset views.

Lagoona Sunset is een accommodatie met 3 sterren en bevindt zich in Maafushi. Tot de faciliteiten van deze accommodatie behoren een restaurant, roomservice, een 24-uursreceptie, en tevens gratis WiFi.... Echt een aanrader om te verblijven bij lagoona sunset. Prijs kwaliteit klopt het, bedden zijn goed, airco werkt goed en het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wanneer je een excursie gaat doen kan er extra vroeg ontbeten worden. Badkamer is wat klein maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

Moodhumaa Inn bevindt zich in Guraidhoo, in de regio Kaafu Atol, op een paar minuten lopen van Guraidhoo-strand. We stayed at the guesthouse for a week. Due to mister Lateef (the guesthouse owner) we had a wonderful time. Good communication and mr Lateef knows everybody on the island which makes for great adventures near the island, such as fishing, snorkeling with dolphins and mantas and just exploring the atoll. Highly recommend.

Het SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton ligt in de Emboodhoo-lagune, op slechts 15 minuten varen met de speedboot van de luchthaven. Everything was like in paradise. Thank you for everything ❤️
