Plenty of room in the lobby to work and visit with others and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, I would stay again.

Great location near Parque de la Marimba, where you can enjoy beautiful live marimba music played by a full orchestra—it’s a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, and there’s a small but well-equipped gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and some dumbbells. Breakfast is nice, though I wish they had ketchup! Secure parking is available. The security guard was especially helpful, friendly, and spoke English. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English, but she was still very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel also features transportation services to destinations in the Chiapas. This is a wonderful hotel. Very customer oriented, clean, in a great yet quiet location. Highly recommended. Psst. They do a laundry service for a great price by kilogram.
