The resort has an excelent exterior area, including a wonderful own beach area. Start was kind and eficient. The common areas were also elegant and luxurious.

You can play billiards at the accommodation. Apart from the superb location and fabulous room, they are truly some of the best people in the world. You cannot imagine how warm and welcoming the staff are until you experience it yourself. I hadn’t even booked a room with breakfast, yet they offered me a complimentary one—and it was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed unlimited drinks, which was such a relaxing treat. I especially loved chatting with the young man at reception. He was incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and made us feel completely at home. We booked a few tours through the hotel as well, and they all turned out great—plus the prices were very reasonable compared to elsewhere. On our last day, we were delayed because of an accident, and the staff were unbelievably understanding. They let us change, shower, relax, and check out later. Of course, no one should expect this every time since they may need to prepare the room for the next guests, but their kindness truly shows the level of care they have for the people staying with them. Long story short, we felt like true guests, not just customers. I honestly wish I could give them more than five stars.

We got a free upgrade and quite happy with the comfort of the room. The Bamboo cafe in the property is just amazing and the village is located in prime location. It was quite relaxing to stay and we had a great time.
